2. Next, add a name tag. Cut smaller pieces of cardstock and write your information on each cardstock. Place one rectangle down on the right side and place an already designed cardstock in the center of the leather.
3. On the other rectangle, make a three-sided cut so it will open up to reveal your details.
4. Place adhesive on the top, bottom and right side of the leather beneath, around the name tag. 
5. Over the glued layer, place the layer having the three-sided cut and press them together so they are properly adhered.
6. Put holes into the strap, attach the metal buckle and your tag is ready.

1. Two 11 x 8 leather rectangles
2. Zipper
3. Fabric glue
4. Needle

2. To glue the sides, apply your glue to the left, right and bottom edges and leave to dry.
