After a year of missing Christmas markets, we are even more excited to be back among colourful stalls, surrounded by fairy lights and an exciting array of delicious food and spiced drinks to choose from. There is a wonderful and unique buzz to Christmas markets which is hard to find at any other time of the year.
Most importantly there is a positive community feel as people come together to shop from, and support local makers and artists.
We’ve gathered a few brilliant Christmas markets from across London for you to visit. And why not drop by The Department Store in Brixton and The Crossing at Kings markets where you will have the opportunity to ask us your questions and have your leather kit embossed free of change at the Artisans stall.

One of several Craft Fox Christmas Markets, this event takes place over the final weekend before advent and is sure to get you in the mood for the start of Christmas. Brixton’s The Department Store is an impressive old building and home to creatives all year around. The market will host makers from a range of disciplines including illustration, ceramics, textiles and leather crafts (hi!).

What?
Shop sustainably this Christmas and take inspiration from the London’s Zero Waste Christmas Market which will be showcasing an array of products from independents and sustainable brands. There is guaranteed to be plenty of mulled wine, cider and chocolate to enjoy as you wander and also no plastic packaging. If you are at a loss as to what to buy your vegan relatives this year then this is the place to go!
